Portrait Procedure
I Photographs --- I will take my own photographs of the subject first as the basis for a portrait. I may also do some quick sketches or preliminary painting to accommodate the photographs. This session may last from one to two hours. This is usually done at the client's residence. If only photos are available and provided by the client, they need to be of studio quality.
II Timing --- Portraits can take anywhere from three weeks to three months or longer, depending on the medium and the size.
III Payment --- Before work starts, a written agreement will be signed and 1/3 of the fee is paid by the client. Upon delivery and approval of the finished portrait, the remainder is paid. If shipping is required, the fee will be added to the final balance.
IV Discount --- For each additional subject in a picture, there is a 50% discount.
